Paula is a Reiki
Master/Teacher, trained in the traditional Usui method.
She offers classes for all three levels of training.
The classes are small, with one to six participants, and
scheduled on demand.
Reiki I:
The first level is a one-day class.
The focus is on physical healing, developing an awareness
of energy fields, and learning to channel reiki energy. Class
participants will receive the reiki attunements, learn the
history, principles and ethics of reiki, be introduced to the
chakras and practice hand positions for giving a full reiki
session. Participants will be able to perform reiki on
themselves and others.
Reiki II:
This is a six-hour class. The
focus is on emotional healing and learning to do distance reiki.
Class participants will receive the second-level
attunements, learn reiki symbols, and further their practice of
reiki.
Reiki
III (master/teacher):
This training is held in 2-4 hour segments spread over several weeks.
The student will receive the master attunement and learn
to train other reiki practitioners.
